我国研究型大学创新管理探讨

十五以来,我国高等教育事业步入了由精英化教育向大众化教育转变的时期,进入了快速发展的轨道,研究型大学的建设也越来越为国人所重视.本文以我国研究型大学管理的现状为切入点,从优化横向权力与纵向权力的分配体系、加大行政管理部门的改革力度、加快基层科研学术组织的建设步伐等三方面进行了探讨,以期对我国正在大力建设的研究型大学创新管理有所启示.

Discussion on Innovative Management for Research University in Our Country

Higher education system in our country has been changed from elite education to massive education and came into the quickly developed path since the tenth five-year plan implementation.People paid more and more attention to the construction of research university.In this paper,using current status of research university management in our country as a cut-off point,innovative management of research university is discussed from three aspects of optimizing allocation system of transverse and longitudinal power,enforcing reformation depth of administrative management department and accelerating construction speed of fundamental academic research organization.The discussion puts forward some inspiration for innovative management of research university which is constructing actively in our country.
