| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款法律关系中的核心问题是直接利益主体学生的权利能否得到有效地保障,义务能否得到切实地履行。因此,按照"权利与义务相一致"的法制原则,进一步明确国家助学贷款学生的权利与义务,是实现国家助学贷款的良性循环的关键。

| Abstract: | The core issue in the legal relationships of national study-aid loans is whether the rights of the direct interest subject,college students,can be protected effectively,whether their duties can be fulfilled practically.Therefore,in accordance with the legal principle of "the equality of rights and duties",a clear understanding of rights and duties of the students is the key to implement them in a virtuors circle. |
