| 摘 要： | 社会保障是现代社会中重要的法律制度。尽管世界各国对社会保障的概念理解不一,但却有共同之处,都认为社会保障是为丧失劳动能力以及需要某些特殊帮助者提供的维持其基本生活需要的保障制度。社会保障有其自身的独特内涵。我国应该在现有的基础上进一步完善我国的社会保障制度,以维护和平、稳定的社会经济秩序。

All thinking social security is security system which maintains basic living need for the person to lose labor ability and need some special help. Social security has special content. Our country should promote our social security system so that we can safeguard peace and stable social economic order. |
