| 摘 要： | 成人教育作为大众性教育的一个平台,担负着提升劳动者素质和转化智能结构的重大任务.随着知识经济的兴起,在对劳动者进行再训练、再教育、再培养的价值取向转型过程中,成人教育应不断深化其教育的内涵,将提高受教育者的思想道德、文化科学知识、创新能力等综合素质作为成人教育的要点,以促进国民素质的不断提升.

In this process, it would be very important to continue deepening the connotation of adult education, improving one's moral character, knowledge of culture and science, and ability of innovation etc, so as to improve steadily the national qualities. |
