| 摘 要： | 自汉武帝实行儒术独尊政策至东汉末年三百年的时间里，《管子》的研究成果不多。其间，司马迁、刘向对《管子》的探讨，如《管子》与管仲的关系，《管子》的早期流传，《管子》的思想指向、文辞特征等，在整个《管子》研究史上占有重要地位。特别是刘向对《管子》的编校更是意义重大，它标志着《管子》散篇传播时代的结束和其定本传播时代的开始。由于司马迁是在为管仲作的列传中提及《管子》而非专论，刘向写的《管子叙录》又有交待未清之处，因而留给后世学者许多难解的疑团。
