| 摘 要： | 本文对我国现有资格刑进行了反思.提出淡化剥夺政治权利的政治色彩,以"剥夺公权"代替"剥夺政治权利",并删去"政治自由"的内容.增加"禁止从事特定职业"和"剥夺荣誉",以使资格刑体系更完善.同时建议实行资格刑的分立与复权制度.
