中国农村的改革和发展

农业和农村问题在我国社会、政治、经济问题中始终居于关键的地位。中国经济发展的成就有目共睹,近些年来却出现了城乡差别扩大、农村市场萎缩的不正常现象。针对农村出现的问题,本文着重从农业、农村、农民3个方面进行了论述,并从战略高度提出了需要解决的若干问题。

Reformation and Development of China's Rural Area

Agriculture and rural area questions always hold an important position in our social political and economic issues. Although it is universally acknowledged that China's economic development is great, there are some phenomena such as the enlarged difference between rural area and urban area and even the shirnkage of rural area market in recent years. This paper, aiming at the problems rasied in rural area, gives a detailed demonstration on the three parts of agriculture, rural area, peasantry, and puts forward some crucial issues to be settled on a strategic level.
