论舞蹈专业的现状与育才之道

摘    要:舞蹈是一种精神理念和综合素质的体现。育才过程归根结底是促进人的成长、培养学生构建起自己的思维特点和认知方式的过程。剖析90后舞蹈专业学生的成长环境、升学环境和教育环境,有利于找出学生无心向学的根源,探讨以创新教育为核心,给学生插上梦想的翅膀,坚持训练,感悟生活,忘我表演,让育才过程变成享受的天堂,开拓乐趣与生机并存的育人之路。

Abstract:Dancing is an embodiment of spiritual logos and comprehesive qualities.Its development is in the final analysis a promotion of students' physical growth and mental as well as cognitive approaches.Studying the 1990s students of dancing,their growth conditions,their school entrances and their schooling environment helps to find out why they are not in the mood for schooling and to establish a innovative pedagogy,to enable students to stick,for their dreams,to the perseverence in training,to the understanding of life,and to the selflessness of performance,so as to make the pedagogical process a heavenly experience and a road to fun,life and humanity's development.
