儒学与中国社会伦理道德的重建

经过三十多年的改革开放，中国经济的持续高速发展使中国社会发生了巨大变化。然而，人们的精神境界和社会文明程度并没有得到相应的提升，尤其是精神文明建设严重滞后，伦理道德缺失，产生出种种社会问题。在中国成为世界第二大经济体，发展速度傲视全球的当今，中国社会却陷入了深深的诚信危机。尽管我们的社会仍不乏闪耀人性光辉的事例，但社会中屡屡发生的道德诚信缺失现象却在不断侵蚀着我们社会的文明根基，令人忧心。一个诚信缺乏、道德缺失的社会，无论其经济多么发达，都不可能为他人所景仰。对于中国人来说，当今最重要的乃是如何弘扬包括儒学在内的中华传统文化的优秀成分，并学习、借鉴世界上一切有益的文化资源，重建中国社会的伦理道德，解决自身所面临的各种问题，建设一个法治、民主、诚信、包容和充满爱心的文明社会。

Reconstruction of Confucianism and Chinese social ethics

After more than thirty years of reform and opening, great changes have taken place in China due to the sustained and rapid economic development. However, the degree of social civilization hasn＇t been enhanced accordingly, especially the spiritual civilization construction lags behind seriously, resulting in a variety of social problems. When China has become the world＇s second largest economy and economy has grown rapidly, China has fallen into a deep credit crisis. Ahhough there is still no shortage of examples of humanity in our society, the lack of moral integrity is eroding the foundation of our society civilization. For a society that is in lack of integrity and morals, no matter how developed its economy is, it is impossible for others to admire. For Chinese people, the most important thing is how to develop ex- cellent Chinese traditional culture, including Confucianism and how to learn and draw lessons from all be- nefi-cial cultural resources in the world to rebuild Chinese social ethics and to build a civilized society which is ruled by the law, democratic, faithful, inclusive and full of love.
