丝网焊接工艺研究现状

针对丝网焊前存在下料要求高、焊前清洗难、装配繁杂，以及丝网结构的特殊性造成接头金属熔化时润湿难、跳弧、结球等问题，研究了国内外丝网焊接工艺在焊接方法、焊接接头和装配方式等方面的发展动态。探讨了钨极氩弧焊、电阻焊、微束等离子弧焊等方法焊接丝网时的优缺点，研究了不同接头形式下的装配方式及其最优装配量的范围，得出了在各种使用情况下不同的焊接方法所适合的接头形式。最后提出在丝网焊接过程中加入视觉传感技术等以提高焊接精度和生产效率是进一步研究的方向。

Review on Mesh Welding Process

It researched the mesh welding technology at home and abroad in welding method . welded joints and assemblymethods. in order to improve the high requirement of baiting, difficult cleaning before weld. complex assembling, andthe particularity of mesh structure led to hard to wet, jump arc, heading and other challenges when metal joints molting.It mainly discussed the advantages and disadvantages of TIG welding, resistance welding, micro-plasma arc welding andother methods welding mesh. and studied the assembly form and its size range of optimal assembly of different jointforms. and obtained suitable joint forms under different welding methods. The vision sensing technology is the furtherresearch direction to raise the precision and efficiency during the process of the mesh weld.
