家族企业血缘继承模式存在的问题及对策

摘    要:家族企业作为一种在现代私营经济中普遍存在的企业组织形式,有其存在的合理性和相对于其他企业组织形式的优势。作为中国经济体系中极其活跃的力量,大部分家族企业已经或即将面临下一代的继任问题。本文提出研究家族企业继承问题的意义,分析传统的血缘继任模式存在的问题,并就接班人的选择及公司治理结构的完善提出相应对策。

Abstract:Family firm is a universal type of enterprises ' organization in modern economy.There are some reasons for its existence and advantages in contrast with other types of enterprises 'organization.As a fairly active part of Chinese economy,most family firms will face the inheritance problem of next gener - ation.First,the paper puts forth the significance of the study on blood-relationship inheritance of family firm,and then analyzes the problems existing in traditional blood-relationship inheritance.At last,coun - termeasures are given against the selection of successor and how to perfect corporate governance struc - ture.
