| 摘 要： | 执政为民从本质上体现了中国共产党执政的基本理念,揭示了中国共产党执政规律的根本要求。认真解读并深刻领会执政的内涵,执政的主客体及执政为民的评判标准与终极价值,对于自觉贯彻"执政为民"的理念,提高党的执政能力和领导水平,进一步强化党的执政合法性与合理性基础,具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Governance for the people represents the basic philosophy of the governance of CPC and reveals the ultimate requirement of the rule of CPC governance. It is vital to deepen our understanding of essence of governance, subjects and objects of governance as well as the criteria and ultimate value of governance for the people so as to carry through the philosophy of governance for the people, enhance CPC' s ability to governance and strengthen the basis of validity and rationality. |
