| 摘 要： | 人才培养离不开对人才需求和学校教育规模的科学预测,连续六年高校扩招,使得我国普通高等学校人才培养规模的现状和未来发展趋势成为国人瞩目的问题,文中从市场经济的角度,试图寻找一种新的模型对我国普通高等学校人才培养规模进行科学预测,并在此基础上得到一些有意义的结论.

| Abstract: | For training talents, the scientific forecast to the talent's demand and the educational scale of the school are necessary. With 6 years' continuing extension of recruit students, there is nationwide topic on the current situation and development trend about our national university and college personnel training scale. This paper attempts to look for a new model to make scientific forecast to the personnel training scale of university and college of our country in terms of market economy, and to make some significative conclusions on this basis. |
