| 摘 要： | 通过在＂少数民族高层次骨干人才硕士研究生培训班＂中进行跨文化意识、民族文化、多元文化意识调查,了解少数民族人才的交际参与度、差异认同感与交际信心和影响多元文化背景下的跨文化交际的因素.进而探讨少数民族骨干人才培训计划如何体现多元文化教育的价值.

| Abstract: | The research is done to reveal the levels of ethnic master candidates on interaction engagement, respect for cultural differences and interaction confidence. The recognition that some negative factors violate intercultural communications among them may offer valuable clues on how to instruct multicultural education . |
