创造性思维在编辑策划中的作用及其培育

摘    要:编辑策划的独创性决定了创造性思维必将贯穿策划的全过程,创造性思维在选题策划、组稿策划、形象策划、营销策划、读者策划等方面都具有特定的作用,应当注意从提高编辑自身的知识文化水平、培养编辑丰富的想象力、训练编辑的发散思维、鼓励编辑的直觉思维和塑造编辑创造性的人格等方面培育编辑的创造性思维。

Abstract:Originality decides the functions of the editor's creative thinking in editorial planning.This article elaborates on the functions of creative thinking in terms of title selection,contributions solicitation,image scheming,marketing,and reader planning.It argues that the cultivation of the editor's creative thinking lies in improving the editors' knowledge,enriching their imagination,enhancing their diverging thinking,stimulating their intuition and molding their creative personality.
