论孙中山的宪政理论对国民党的双重影响

学界对孙中山宪政理论的内涵及其国民党对它的背离已经有了比较成熟的研究,但对于孙中山的宪政理论对国民党的影响却缺少深入的探讨.从政治学的角度来看,一方面,孙中山的宪政理论是国民党统治的最重要的合法性来源;另一方面,孙中山的宪政理论又是对国民党的有效制约,其中的民主成分为民主力量争取宪政民主提供了武器.对于孙中山的宪政理论,国民党既不肯也不敢抛弃,但也不愿实行,而是采取武力压制、不断开宪政支票和不断拖延相结合的办法,这使其陷入了越来越严重的困境.

On the Dual Influence of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Theory of Constitutional Government on Kuomintang

So far,there has been no thorough research into the influence of Dr.Sun Yat-sen's theory of constitutional government on Kuomintang.From the perspective of political studies,Sun Yat-sen's theory was the most important source accounting for the legitimacy of the Kuomintang governing;on the other hand,it also efficiently restricted Kuomintang.Kuomintang was unwilling,or did not dare,to discard this theory;nor was it ready to carry it out.Instead,it resorted to suppressing it by force and postponing it on pretexts,involving itself more and more in trouble.
