| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的进一步深入,高校弱势学生群体问题开始凸现出来。文章从高校弱势学生群体的类型入手,分析了各类弱势学生群体的特点,并就高校各有关部门尤其是高校的思想政治工作者如何对这一特殊群体开展有针对性的工作,促进学生的全面发展问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | With the deep-going of the higher education reform, the problems of the weak student groups in the institution of higher learning begin to emerge. Starting with types of the weak student groups in colleges, the article analyzes peculiarities of every type, and discusses about how the related department especially the ideological and political workers carry out the work in accordance with them, and how to promote their development in an all-round way. |
