| 摘 要： | 郊区城市化是在市场经济和制度革新的作用下,城市的要素从原来的城市中心空间置换到城市郊区空间,是"集聚效应"和"扩散效应"的动态作用.常州市郊区城市化主要是常州市场经济和工业化快速发展、土地有偿使用制度改革和产业结构调整、住房和户籍制度改革、基础设施逐步完善等方面共同作用的结果.保持常州市郊区城市化的健康持续发展要做好五个必须:必须加强宏观规划与指导,形成良好的城郊空间结构;必须优化房产供应结构,推进住宅郊区城市化;必须调整产业结构和功能,推动中心城区可持续发展;必须强化政策引导,推动郊区城市化协调发展;必须保护郊区自然、人文环境,提高郊区城市化居住优势.
