管制与经济增长：一个实证分析及其启示

改革开放的过程,就是我国不断放松管制的过程。采用这一段时期相关时间序列数据,构建经济管制和社会管制指标,使用经济计量方法分析结果为:经济管制对经济增长有显著负向影响,而社会管制中的环境管制能促进经济增长,福利管制不利于经济增长。要放松经济管制并对其加以改革,同时加强社会管制。

Positive Analysis of Influence of Government Regulation on Economic Growth of China

The process of China's reform and opening-up is, in fact, the process of loosening regulation. Using related time series data of this period and constructing economic and social regulation indexes, this paper conducts an econometric analysis of influence of government regulation upon economic growth. The result shows that economic regulation has a significant negative effect on the economic growth, and that the environment regulation can promote economic growth while welfare regulation has apparent negative impact on economic growth. Hence, a conclusion is drawn that the economic regulation must be further loosened and reformed and the social regulation should also be strengthened.
