| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方丹参和能量合剂联用对老年椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕症患者的治疗效果。方法选择椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者52例,平均年龄76.8±4.5岁,分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(20例)。治疗组每天静脉滴注复方丹参注射液和能量合剂;对照组只给予复方丹参注射液。治疗后作颅彩色多普勒检查综合评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显(87.5%)高于对照组(70%)。结论复方丹参注射液结合能量合剂对老年椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有确切疗效。
