论高等教育大众化时代的德育观

我国高等教育即将进入大众化时代。大众化的目标特征及要求,促使我们必须审时度势,调整德育观念和德育方法,提高高等教育人才培养的质量,塑造高等教育人才灵魂。作为人口大国,高等教育的大众化,意味着人口素质的全面提高,而提升思想品德素质,不仅关系到国民素质的提高,而且关系到市场经济体制的正常运行。
