| Abstract: | Fu Bi,a prime minister of Northern Song Dynasty,looked at military issues from an overall view.Fu Bi's military thinking are mainly as follows:overall arrangements for military layout;co-ordination of national defense,economic development and social security;preparing for the potential war in time of peace;fighting against the eunuch in charge of military;rationalizing the military management system;fighting against assassination,etc.Fu Bi's military thoughts have a higher value theoretically and practically. |
