| Abstract: | The econornics in central west district are backward,the comprehensive production abilitics of agriculture are weak,the life facilities fonudation is not good and promoting new country construction is difficult.On the basis of studying the new country construction in Shuangfeng county of Hunan,suggestion is put forward as follows: 1) policy support,public opinion guidance,whole arranging;2) characteristic production,scope development,industrial management;3) improving peasants' life;4) strengthening the democratic management of new country. |
