| 摘 要： | 素质教育作为一种先进的教育思想和教育理念，不仅适用于科学文化教育，而且也适用于大学生思想政治教育。素质教育与思想政治教育二者相辅相成，素质教育揭示人类自身教育的普遍规律的同时，更促进了教育对象思想政治教育素质的提高。利用素质教育的内在要求创新大学生思想政治教育，既是素质教育的本身需要，也是提高大学生思想政治教育的客观要求。

| Abstract: | Quality-oriented education,as an advanced ideology and concept of education,can be applied not only in science and culture education,but also in ideological education for college students.Quality-oriented education and ideological education are complementary.Quality-oriented education delineates the universal law of self-education of human beings,and improves the ideological quality of the persons educated at the same time.Making use of inner demand of quality-oriented education to innovate ideological education for college students is not only the requirement of quality-oriented education,but also the objective demand of ideological education for college students. |
