| 摘 要： | 依据西部地区资源禀赋和经济发展水平 ,并在拓宽传统“点轴”战略内涵的基础上 ,通过引入一个新的经济学的概念 ,构建起西部地区经济发展的新的理论分析框架。指出西部地区经济发展 ,应该是通过塑造经济增长点、扩展经济增长线和营造经济增长面这一路径进行。

| Abstract: | Based on the consideration of the abundant natural resources and the economic development of West China, together with the traditional Point-Axis economic strategy, the present paper adopts an entirely new economic concept to construct a fresh theoretical framework for the development of the West. It further points out that this framework is to be based on shaping economic augmentation point, expanding economic augmentation procedure, and creating economic augmentation environment. |
