摘    要:当前我国高等教育内涵式发展面临的问题日益凸显。高等教育内涵式发展是指在高等教育发展过程中要注重从学校内部挖潜,注重教育理念、教育文化、教师素质的提升,把人才培养的质量和水平放到高等教育发展的核心位置。在新时代下,高等教育内涵式发展要把理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑相统一。研究高等教育内涵式发展问题具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

Abstract:The problems of higher education in connotative development are becoming increasingly prominent.The connotative development of higher education means attaching importance to exploration of its internal potentials and the enhancement of educational notions,educational culture and staffs’quality,and focusing on the quality and level of talents cultivation.In the new era,the connotative development of higher education should integrate theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the issues concerning the connotative development of higher education.
