| 摘 要： | 党内和谐作为政党文化的价值追求,是政党内部关系整合工具理性运行的必然结果,从民主集中制的辩证性、整体性、动态性的特点来分析,民主集中制是党内和谐理念在政党建设制度层面的实践形态,是构建党内和谐不可动摇的制度选择。只有坚持民主集中制,健全和完善民主集中制,才能不断提升党内和谐的水平。

| Abstract: | As a pursuit of value in the party culture, the harmony within the party is the inevitable result of reasonable operation. In the analysis of dialectic, whole and dynamic characteristics, democratic centralism is the practical shape of the harmonious idea within the party in the construction of the party and system selection that is unshakable. Only democratic centralism is maintained and improved can the harmonious level within the party be raised. |
