| 摘 要： | 随着高等学校招生规模的不断扩大,大学生党员数量不断增加,原有的大学生预备党员教育模式已逐步不适应新形势的需要,并存在重"发展",轻"管理";入党动机不纯,功利思想突出;教育管理力量薄弱,手段陈旧;服务意识不强,实践能力不强等问题.从健全组织生活制度,完善日常管理体系,建立监督约束机制,建立互动学习体系,建立服务实践体系等方面入手,最终建成一整套更加完善的学生预备党员教育与管理体系.
