| Abstract: | On January 12th, about 20 foreign experts had a chance to meet with Premier Wen Jiaobao. For many years, foreign experts have given suggestions to the Premier of the Chinese government at the annual meeting. This year, American expert John Lawson Thornton gave three recommendations on how the Chinese government might deepen, extend, and refi ne its use of foreign experts to further help China move forward in the 21st Century. |
