On the Problem of Nonpublic Ownership Economy Development at the Present

This paper holds that it is needed and inevitable that the nonpublic ownership economy go on existing during the initial period of socialist society. It points out that the pure public ownership economy is not suited to the development of productivity in the present stage. Due importance should be attached to the role of nonpublic ownership economy in the socialist market economy.
