| 摘 要： | 法律意识不是法律知识，它是社会个体在社会化过程中产生的对自然权利与义务的感知，体验与评价。法律意识的三个层面是指存在于人的社会互动中的与人的存在方式、表现方式和作用方式相适应的基本条件。这三个层面是：尊严、自律、认同。这三者之间有着紧密的内在关系，社会个体在这三方面得以成功社会化，是培育现代社会法律意识的基础，也是社会共同体对法律的最终价值追求。

| Abstract: | Legal awareness differs from legal knowledge in that the former is a perception,experience and evaluation of natural rights and duties in the process of socialization.The three levels,namely,dignity,self-discipline and recognition,are important for interpersonal relationships.They should be cultivated in citizens. |
