21世纪是全球与中国大发展的时代,也必然是发展哲学嬗变创新的时代.走向当代中国的发展哲学建构必须面向中国本土经验,以"一体两翼"的路径布展创新格局,既需要对接当年马克思关于发展与资本现代性批判的思想传统,返本开新地"接着讲";也需要在与全球发展理论积极的对话中实现发展哲学的本土化转换;更需要在对当代中国发展问题的解答中,对"中国经验"与"北京共识"的哲学反思中,对中国本土发展文化的提升中凝聚为特色鲜明、风格独创的中国发展哲学.守护中国立场,倡导中国学术,基于原创精神,笔者为中国本土的发展哲学的理论建构提供了"新全球化时代"、"中国新现代性"、"中国三个现代化阶段模式"、"现代化原点结构"、"环境支持"等系列创新见解.
