| 摘 要： | 英国高校倡导以人为本的理念,着眼于学生的需要,构建了完备的经济援助和发展援助相结合的家庭经济困难学生援助服务体系.经济援助解决了学生的学费和生活费问题,发展援助在为学生提供高效便捷服务的同时,更加注重弱势群体帮扶和学生的自主发展.借鉴英国高校的先进理念和做法,我国高校应结合国情,不断完善管理机制,贴近学生需求,细化资助项目,强化效果评估,注重学业指导、精神引领和能力支持,促进家庭经济困难学生全面成长成才.

| Abstract: | Based on the people-oriented educational concept and focused on students’ needs,British universities have established a comprehensive support service system combining economic aid and development aid for students with financial difficulties.The economic aid helps students with tuition and living expenses.The development aid provides students with effective and convenient services and gives priority to helping vulnerable groups financially and facilitating their independent development.Learning from British universities and taking into account China’s reality,Chinese universities should consistently improve the management mechanism,focus on students’ needs,put the funded projects in detailed divisions,and offer academic and spiritual guidance as well as capacity support to enhance the integrated development of impoverished students. |
