从底层群体利益抗争到中产阶级权益抗争

随着社会转型期利益格局的深刻调整，中产阶级权益抗争行为日趋增加，社会矛盾主体的迁移也给社会治理带来更大的难度。由此，通过分析调查资料，总结出中产阶级权益抗争具有以下特点：他们抗争的内容主要是维护自身发展权益；他们具备专业知识，抗争能力更强；他们拥有更多社会资本作为抗争资源；他们的抗争行为更加理性守法；他们的抗争策略更加重视组织动员技术。在此基础上，提出了应对社会矛盾主体迁移的治理新思路：注意维护中产阶级的发展权益；正确认识中产阶级权益抗争的性质；依法依规处理；坚持公开透明；注重沟通协商。

Resistance Transfer from Underclass to Middle Class:The Transfer of Subject in Social Contradictions and Countermeasure of Governance

With the profound adjustment of the interest pattern in the transformation period of society, the resistance for rights and interests of middle class is increasing, and the transfer of subject in social contradictions leads to greater difficulty in social governance. Then, based on survey data, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the resistance for rights and interests of middle class as follows: Their resistance is mainly to safeguard their own developmental rights and interests; They have the expertise which makes their ability to resistance better; They have more social capital for resistance; Their resistance is more rational and law abiding; Their strategies of resistance focus more on the technology of organization and mobilization. Therefore, detailed suggestions for governance of social contradictions are proposed: Firstly, developmental rights and interests of middle class should be protected; Secondly, the nature of resistance for rights and interests of middle class should be understood correctly; Thirdly, the resistance should be openly and transparently, dealt with according to law; Finally, communication and negotiation should be paid more attention to during the process of solving problems.
