战国秦汉时期重商与轻商观念的嬗变

战国秦汉时期 ,商业的发展与繁荣 ,使人们可以充分认识到商业的客观作用 ,有利于重商观念的形成。与此同时 ,“重农抑末”政策的推行 ,工商业者的兼并行为 ,以及由“重义轻利”观念所引发的鄙视工商业等因素 ,则促进了轻商观念的发展。这样 ,在重商与轻商观念的嬗变发展过程中 ,除个别时期 ,如西汉中期 ,重商观念稍占优势以外 ,其它时期则一直处于劣势。

The Evolution on the Concepts of Mercantilism and Prejudices Against Commerce From the Period of Warring States and Qin and Han Dynasties

In the period of Warring States and Qin and Han dynasties,the development and flourishing of Commerce that provided the chance for people to realized the objective function of commerce completely.All of these had help to form the concept of mercantilism.At the same time,the factors of policy of "value agriculture above commerce"carrying out,the commercer's annexation of land and look down upon engaging in business from the "make light of wealth and love to be righteous"that had help to form prejudices against commerce.In this atmosphere,the concept of mercantilism was always reduced to inferiority except individual period,such as the medium term of the Western Han Dynasty.
