| 摘 要： | 中国自下而上型环保NGO作为社会公众参与环境保护的重要组成部分,对当前我国创建和谐社会和实现国民经济可持续发展等方面有着特殊而重要的意义。本文从我国自下而上型环保NGO发展的现状以及制约其发展的因素等方面进行了系统分析,进而提出了应对措施。

| Abstract: | As an important component part of the public participation in environmental protection,the Chinese environmental protection NGO from bottom to top type has a special and important meaning to build harmonious country and realize sustainable growth of national economy.The article systematically analyses the present situation,the inhibiting factors and the countermeasures of the Chinese enviromental protection NGO from bottom to top type,and then gives the countermeasures against it. |
