大力发展休闲经济加速和谐社会构建

Promoting Vigorously Leisure Economy and Building of a harmonious Rapidly

The paper presents that the strategic task of building a harmonious society makes a higher demand for the overall quality,cultural and spiritual civilization of the citizens.Leisure plays an irreplaceable role in the people's self-improvement and self-development.As a result,the leisure economy based on "leisure" and "money" as the material foundation,greater harmony and integrity in relations as the cultural foundation are very important to building a harmonious society of socialist rapidly.However,the advantage and disadvantage of the leisure economy warn us that in order to develop the leisure economy,we should strengthen the policy guidance,make an implementation of the legal management and prohibit vulgar and uncivilized leisure manners and leisure behaviors;we should be good at taking advantage of various forms and means of leisure education,nurture people's scientific and healthy leisure concept and improve people's leisure capacity;we should expense the knowledge and technology of leisure economy on the bassis of imparting and inheriting the outstanding national leisure style;we should take great effort to develop the healthy and civilized leisure economy to accelerate the building of a harmonious society of socialism.
