| 摘 要： | 法人财产权是法人得以产生和存在、享有民事权利、承担民事义务的前提和基础,是立法形式首肯的内容.对法学界关于法人财产权、性质各种学说的评析,意在说明法人所有权、法人债权、法人知识产权共同构成了法人财产权这一综合性法律权利的完整内涵和外延,其中,法人所有权是法人财产权的基础和核心.

| Abstract: | The property right of corporation is the premise and foundation for a corporation to be established, to enjoy its rights and assume its obligations.It has been confirmed by law .The author explains the connotation of the property right of corporation and analyses its characters in order to clarify the reaserch about it in theory and consummate the operation of it in practice. |
