| 摘 要： | 村委会选举是农村法治的表现,农民工的选举权实现则是村委会合法选举的关键。作者通过对农民工缺失村委会选举的了解,阐述了农民工参与村委会选举的重要性,并提出了解决农民工缺失村委会选举的措施,以期对农村选举制度改革有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Election of villagers' committee is a reflection of legalization in countryside, and realization of rural migrant workers' franchise is crucial for legal election of villagers' committee.Based on an investigation of rural migrant workers absent from the election of villagers' committee,the importance for rural migrant workers to participate in the election of villagers' committee is expounded.Accordingly the countermeasures are proposed so as to promote the reform of rural election system. |
