| 摘 要： | 21世纪初的前10年,是新疆实现跨越式发展,进一步缩小与发达地区经济发展差距的关键 时期。在这期间,在实现新疆经济的持续快速协调发展和社会全面进步的过程中,市县经济的跨越式发展 将起到重要的作用。为此,应该立足于当前新疆市县经济发展的总体格局和主要特点,针对其中存在的突 出问题,积极探索实现新疆市县经济跨越式发展的新思路。

| Abstract: | The first decade of the 21st century is a crucial period for Xinjiang to achieve leaping development and further narrow the gap between Xinjiang and advanced areas of China in economical development. During this period, the leaping development of city-county economy will play an important role in the course of the sustained, rapid and coordinated growth of economy and the overall social progress of Xinjiang. So, according to the overall situation and main characteristics of city-county economy of Xinjiang and aiming at the outstanding problems within it, we should actively quest for new thoughts on the realization of the leaping development of city-county economy in Xinjiang. |
