| 摘 要： | 司法社会学是司法学的分支学科，它起步较晚，也不成熟，但随着司法社会化和司法民主的普及、司法学与社会学的交叉渗透以及司法社会学的基本概念、理论流派和和内容框架的逐渐清晰化，已属现实的可能。司法社会学包括纠纷、法规范、司法和社会等基本范畴，内容涉及方法论、理论流派、纠纷解决与社会控制理论、司法要素与过程的社会学分析等。司法社会学的产生与发展，必然对我国的教学研究和司法改革产生深远影响。
