| 摘 要： | 我国是发展中国家 ,穷国办大教育决定了大众化高等教育的财务困境。为弥补高等教育经费需求与供给的缺口 ,主要应采取开源节流的理财对策 :一是通过财政拨款、收缴学费、银行借款、高等教育市场化、金融工具创新、吸收民间和国外资金等方式扩大高等教育资金来源 ,多渠道筹措教育经费 ;二是加强和改进财务管理 ,提高教育资源使用效率 ,挖掘高等学校办学潜力。

| Abstract: | China, a developing country, holds a large size education. Under such circumstances,to popularize higher education meets financial difficulties.To remedy the lack of fund needed by higher education,the financial counter measures are to find ways of raising and saving money.In detail,we should broaden our fund sources for higher education by minds of financial allocation,tuition,bank fund,higher education market mechanism,financial tools innovation,drawing on foreign and social funds etc.we should improve and enhance financial management to advance the efficiency of educational sources,excavate the operational potential of higher education. |
