| 摘 要： | 高水平的教学研究型大学具有先进的办学理念、高水平的学术群体、强势的特色学科、优质的办学环境、卓著的科研业绩和开放办学模式等基本特征。只有牢固树立以人为本、崇尚学术、服务社会、发展特色、改革创新等先进的办学理念,在此基础上科学确立学校的办学定位,打造优势特色学科,构建人才保障体系,提高自主创新能力,构建现代大学制度,从严治教、严格管理,才能实现学校发展的新跨越。

| Abstract: | A high level teaching and research university represents some features such as advanced university ideal,higher academic group,typical subject,high quality sphere,leading scientific research and open university mode.A firm basement on an ideal of putting people first,deferring academy,serving the society,developing feature,innovating education,a university will be heading for a new stage with following viewpoints:setting a proper running criterion,constructing typical subject,establishing a talent system,improve innovative ability,up-building a modern university system and performing a strict management. |
