摘    要:提高升学率与减轻学生学习负担,一直是困扰普通高中开展素质教育的一个两难问题.郑州一高自1993年至1996年进行了提高课堂教学效率,减轻学生负担;培养学生自学习惯与能力;开设第二课堂,发展学生特长的三位一体教学改革实验.实验结果表明其不失为重点高中实施素质教育的有效途径.

Abstract:It has been a difficult problem for a long the how to solve the contradiction between raising the proportion of students' entering colleges and universities and lightening the burdens on them.An experiment was made in the NO. 1 senior high School of zhengzhou from 1993 to 1996.The main for of the experiment were to raise teaching efficiency and,in the same time,lightening the burdens on students;to open secondary classes so as to develop students' specialities, and to foster their ability to study on their onw.The result showed that it might be an efficient way of carrying through the competence education in senior high schools.
