| Abstract: | It is an important and frequent task of Chinese Communist Party Construction to per-fect the job of admitting Party members in universities and colleges in a new period. An overall and systematic plan must be made in the field of organization instruction, development program, training education and the structure of communist team to form a perfect work system, so that the quality of the work of expanding the organization of communists will be increased continuously. |
