| 摘 要： | 高校人才环境是高校内人才赖以生存、成长和发展的外部条件的总和。加强高校人才环境建设是响应人才强国战略、适应国际人才竞争、推动社会经济发展和增强高校自身竞争能力的重要举措。应注重在制度环境、政策环境、法律环境、创新环境、文化环境、竞争环境、生活环境等方面加强高校人才环境建设。
