| Abstract: | The editorial thinking of famous men of letters in ancient China manifested Confucian orthodoxy. And Confucius' editorial thinking had great influence on later generations. With the spirit of carrying forward Confucian orthodoxy , editors of later dynasties were bold in transforming and innovating their ways, which has made Chinese editorial theory rich and systematic. Two representatives from them were Liu Zhiji and Feng Menglong. |
