| 摘 要： | 网络联线服务商的法律责任是一个有待探讨的问题。国际上对网络联线服务商著作权法律责任有一些明确的规定。我国《著作权法》已将网络环境中产生的著作权保护问题纳入其中 ,对网络传输中的侵权行为作出了具体的规定。我们应从法律和信息技术等多层面、多角度考虑这个问题。

| Abstract: | The legal responsibilities of network service suppliers remain under debate. In the global context, the legal responsibilities of on-line suppliers concerning copyrights are explicitly stated. In China "Copyright Law", which has taken into account the protection of network-related copyrights, lays specifications for the violation of copyrights in network transmission. This is an issue that has to be addressed from the different points of view of law and information technology. |
