地方行政文化与区域经济发展的实证比较研究

本文通过对河北省南和、临西、清河三个县二十年来的综合性文化参数,与经济发展的GDP和财政收入指标的实时比较分析,得出这样的结论:在县域经济的层面上,行政文化对经济发展同样具有重要的影响。也就是说,在自然禀赋、外部市场环境和制度环境几乎相同的条件下,县域经济之所以呈现明显的差异,除了地域文化的历史积淀和传统渊源之外,更主要是行政文化在其中发挥了重要作用。行政文化有好的优势的地方,经济发展就快一些,先进的行政文化持续得时间越长,一个地方的经济快速发展的时间越长。

Case Research of Local Administration Culture and Regional Economic Development

Comparisons and analysis of comprehensive cultural parameters,GDP and financial income from three counties of Nanhe,Linxi and Qinghe in Hebei province,the conclusion is that administration culture has greatly influenced economy,that's to say,in the same environment,system,natural conditions and market,their differences mainly lie in their administration culture besides historical accumulation of regional culture and traditional sources.Where there is good administration culture,economy develops quickly.The longer the advanced administration culture lasts,the longer the economic development lasts.
