从马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论看我国素质教育的发展

全面推进素质教育发展对即将步入21世纪的中国具有重要战略意义。本文从马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论观点出发，针对目前我国教育改革和素质教育发展的实际，分析阐述了我国呈现出的素质教育发展的趋势，是我国社会生产和知识经济发展的世界性趋势综合作用的结果；素质教育发展内涵的丰富，是满足人的全面发展的需要，克服旧的教育体制和知识经济发展要求之间的矛盾的结果：素质教育发展的条件是在一定社会生产力和生产关系条件下，合理配置资源，适度发展教育的结果。用马克思主义的基本观点分析、指导我国素质教育发展的实践，是十分必要的理论探索。

On the Development of Quality Education in Our Country Based on Marxist Theory on the Comprehensive Development of Human Being

It is strategically significant to push forward the overall development of quality education for China toenter into the 21st century. Proceeding from Marxist theory on the comprehensive developmellt of human being andbasing on the reality of the educational reform and the development of quality education in our country, the paperanalyzed and elaborated that : the emerging trend of developing quality education in our country is the comprehensiveresult of both the social production in our country and the global development of knowledge economy; theenrichment of the connotation of quality education development is the result of satisfying the need of human being'soverall development as well as solving the contradiction betWeen the old educational system and the requirement ofdeveloping knowledge economy; the development of quality education is the result of rational disposition ofresources and moderate development of education under the given productive forces and production relations. It is anecessare theoretical exploration to analyze and guide the practice of developing quality education in our countrywith basic Marxist viewpoints.
